Shiori Honda

Post-doctoral researcher (short term)

Shiori completed her PhD in Medicine at Keio University in 2024, with DC1 Research Fellowships from the JSPS. Her graduate training focused on music neuroscience (MSc) and the pathophysiology of schizophrenia (PhD). She also holds a license as a Japanese psychiatric social worker. She has a special interest in the pathophysiology of treatment resistance and evidence-based music therapy for psychiatry using neuroimaging techniques. Starting in March 2024, Shiori began a postdoctoral postdoctoral fellowship at the Koizumi Lab in Sony Computer Science Laboratories. She is expected to engage in psychological experiments and fMRI tasks related to cognition and emotion.
