In 2015, I completed my Master degree in Department of Mechanical Sciences and Engineering at the Tokyo Institute of Technology Graduate School (currently Institute of Science Tokyo).

In 2016, I joined Sony Global Manufacturing & Operations Corporation. From my onboarding up to the present, I have been engaged in evaluating and optimizing the noise and vibration generated by camera products, as well as the acoustic characteristics of audio devices and listening environments, utilizing both numerical simulations and physical measurements.

Leveraging this experience, I have been serving as an instructor for Acoustic and Vibration Engineering—a core technical training program within the Sony Group—since 2023.

I realized that in order to deliver emotionally moving experiences to users through sound, it is essential to consider not only the physical properties of a product, but also human auditory characteristics and the cognitive processing structures within the brain. As I advanced my research in this area, I developed a strong interest in the concept of the Bayesian brain.
